This prize draw is being conducted by Erin Mills Town Centre, and excludes employees of Erin Mills Town Centre, its owners, directors, officers, representatives and agents of Erin Mills Town Centre or Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services, and their agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion agencies, assignees, personal associates, families, as well as those with whom they reside, (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsors”). Open during Prize Draw period. No purchase is necessary. Limit one entry per person. b) Via Canada Post Mail Service To enter via Canada Post, submit a 250-word letter that describes your favourite shopping experience at Erin Mills Town Centre. Include your full name, phone number, complete mailing address, date of birth, email address, and telephone number. PRIZE: 1 winner will be selected per month from all entries received. The selected winners will each receive a total of $100 in Erin Mills Town Centre Gift Cards. PRIZE REDEMPTION: 1 winner per month will be selected to receive a total of $100 in Erin Mills Town Centre Gift Cards. Gift Card rules apply and Gift Card fees may apply. Odds of winning the prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received during the prize draw period. The prize awarded may not be substituted and are not transferable and have no cash value and must be accepted as awarded. Prize Winners will be contacted via email and/or telephone and will be announced on selected Erin Mills Town Centre social media pages (e.g. Facebook, Instagram or Twitter). The prize must be picked up in person, by the winners within 4 days after being contacted by the prize draw Sponsors. Prize Winners will be required to present proof of age (must by 18 years or older to be eligible to win) and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability. A correctly answered skill testing question may be required. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in the ERIN MILLS TOWN CENTRE WIN $100 Gift Card – Monthly Draw, the participants shall consent to Erin Mills Town Centre obtaining personal information. All participants must abide by the Prize Draw Rules. All entries remain the property of Erin Mills Town Centre. All decisions of Erin Mills Town Centre Management are final. Erin Mills Town Centre holds the right to amend or change the Prize Draw rules at any time without prior notice. Any participant in the Prize Draws shall have no legal recourse against Erin Mills Town Centre, its owners or agents, Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services, its tenants, advertising agency, prize draw/promotion sponsors and consultants or their respective employees for any such changes, cancellation or termination. None of Erin Mills Town Centre, its owners or agents, Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services, its tenants, advertising agency, prize draw/promotion sponsors and consultants or their respective employees shall be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to the participation in the ERIN MILLS TOWN CENTRE WIN $100 Gift Card – Monthly Draw or receipt of the prizes awarded. This prize draw is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and by the decisions of the independent administration and judging organization, which shall be final on all matters relating to this prize draw. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. By entering the prize draw, entrants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph, without payment or compensation other than the prize awarded. None of the sponsors or the prize draw administration or judging organizations are responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any computer online systems or servers, computer software problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or at any website and assume no liability for damage to entrant's or any person's computer resulting from participating in the prize draw. The sponsors are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may withdraw in their sole discretion any prize draw found to contain such error without liability.
