Beef Omasum comes from a cow's third stomach chamber. It has a bumpy and chewy texture which is not unpleasant, but somehow addicting after each and every bite. Not only is it deliciously mouthwatering, but it has a lot of health benefits such as it is high in Niacin, Manganese, Protein, B12, Zinc, Selenium etc. Beef omasum is mostly added into hotpots, soups, pho, cold dishes etc. It is mostly eaten in Mexico, India, Portugal, Poland, the Philippines, and China. Some dishes that could be made out of beef omasum are Jeongol, Shabu Shabu, etc.
