Natasha knew there was a big lesbian scene in Newport, and also it was unlikely that she would run into anyone she knew from school. On the drive over she realized that she wasn't sure where there was a lesbian bar. When she entered the club, she went to the bar for a drink.
The DJ was playing 80's club music and there was some enthusiastic dancing going on, but this just made her acutely aware of the fact that she was here on her own. Drink in hand, she leaned back against the bar and watched for a while, then without warning; a vision in navy blue pulled Natasha to her feet and led her to the center of the dance floor...things were looking up.
