Maroo, who was a legendary magician and storyteller. One day, he finds out that he is Jig A. Maroo's successor, and that he has inherited his magic and his mission. He learns that he can travel to Wick' Land, a magical and wonderful world, where he can have many adventures and make many magic. He also learns that he has to stop the Dark Lord of Wick' Land, who is Mr. Grump's nephew, from casting the Doom Spell, which would destroy both worlds. He is joined by his friends and allies, who are the princes and princesses of Wick' Land, and also Jig A. Maroo's grandchildren. They are Lily, Jack, Rose, and Sam. They also have Wise, the owl, Blaze, the dragon, and the dwarves as their helpers and guides. They face many challenges and dangers in both worlds, but they also have fun and excitement. They use their magic and their skills, their wit and their courage, to overcome them. They also share their stories with the people of both worlds, through Tommy's newspaper feature: Page Three: The Chronicles of Wick' Land.
