The NV Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blanc De Blancs Paradoux - VII Edition is a blend of 63% Sémillon with 37% Sauvignon Blanc aged for 14 months in barrels. Light yellow in hue. The nose presents notes of honey, herbs and hints of lime and apple made more complex by aromas from the aging process such as cigar box. In the mouth, it's creamy with a fresh, expansive flow in which the oak, volume and precise acidity make for a complex palate. An elegantly classical wine. Drinking window: 2022-2028.
