Hollywood teaches us that all negative emotions like grief, sadness, depression, fear and anger are bad. But we all have them. And we need them too. Life isn't black and white. They're not all bad emotions to be banned forever. They're just as necessary as happiness and joy and pride and love. You don't need to hide Because your pain doesn't fit Society's standard of perfection - Show up in all your mess and humanity.
