Animoods is a vibrant children's book series filled with rich ethnic diversity. The Author's motivation for the Animoods collection is to increase awareness and decrease the stigma associated with Mental Health. While the goal is to raise awareness within all communities, the deeper-rooted intention is to alter how mental health has been viewed throughout generations amongst communities of color.
