This oak-aged rosé is a bit of a cult favourite and the 2024 does not disappoint. Made from young vines on schist and granite at 450m-650m altitude, it's aged for four months in 500L, second-use barrels and it's simply delicious. Aromas of red cherries and hints of freshly picked mint. It's so flavoursome, lots of pure ripe raspberry fruit, cherry stone, and a dry rocky mineral quality too. Grippy, tactile and full of character. Drinking window: 2026-2030. This oak-aged rosé is a bit of a cult favourite and the 2024 does not disappoint.
