Use manicure prep pad to clean nail bed and remove oil and dirt, push back cuticles, buff, and shape nails. 2. Select a strip that best matches your nail size. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller one. 3. Firmly press and smooth the strip, applying extra pressure along the free edge of the nail and remove the top clear film. 4. Using long firm strokes, file in a single direction from top to bottom across the free edge of the nail. 5. Cure under LED lamp for 30 seconds or cure for 1 minute if using UV lamp. Removal: 1. Apply cuticle oil onto each nail. 2. Use cuticle stick to gently and slowly left strip starting from the cuticle area. 3. Clean off remaining residue using manicure prep pad or rubbing alcohol.
