Though the arch proper had been completed before the time of our meeting. The two pieces of statuary - one of a bov soldier just come into camp. The other of the Grand Army man fifty years after - had not arrived. Because of this we were all greatly dis appointed. The commission had been assured that the figures would be here in time. Or they would have put the date of the dedi cation later. About the Publisher Forgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
