DIRECTIONS & USEAdults mix one 1 scoop of BCAA Sport in 240ml - 480ml of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption, 1-2 times daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.
