The Jonquères d'Oriola family has been producing wines since 1485 in the Roussillon region. The 13th century Château de Corneilla is the family's home, and all of the wines are produced in its cellars. Grapes for Cavalcade are handpicked and traditionally fermented at low temperatures, then aged for 12 months in 500L French oak barrels. Rosemary George MW: A little colour development.
