Lovely perfume aromatics, the Cabernet shining, delicate floral aspects with some dark berry fruit aromas. Pure and finely presented, seamless and gentle. Not super demonstrative or plush, but this has silky tannins and cool fresh minty blue fruit too. Lots of gravel minerality comes through giving this a nice signature. Really finessed. Balanced, lightly framed but nonetheless charming. Gentle mouthwatering acidity. Still flavoured on the finish, this is a complex wine and well made. Harvest started 25th September, finished on the 2nd October. Ageing 33% new French oak barrels. A yield of 30hl/ha. 3.72pH. Drinking window: 2030-2046.
