- Dosage Adults DAY: Take 1 capsule 1-2 times per day. Take 2 hours after a meal. Dosage Adults NIGHT: Take 1 capsule 30-45 minutes before bedtime. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days. For occasional use only.
