In this book, you will discover an in depth look at what it is like to live with mental illness (mostly from my personal experiences). Hopefully, by me sharing my experiences, you will not feel alone, and you will make connections with my stories. I am diagnosed with major depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia (where you avoid certain places or situations), and PTSD. For those of you that are "clinically sane", please take a moment to educate yourselves on this topic. This is a REAL illness. Unfortunately, one that is overlooked. On a side note, I want to thank you all for taking the time to read this book. It was honestly hard for me to write about my mental illness. But, I wanted to share what it is truly like to live with this monster, and that no one has to go through it alone.
