Succulent red fruit with an excellent structure of fine tannins and lively acidity on the medium-bodied palate. Wonderful freshness in the positively firm finish. From a vineyard with southwest exposure, hence the name, which means facing the sunset. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Unfiltered. Drinkable now, but best from 2026.
