This is a terrific Fourchaume from Vocoret, rich, dense, intense and concentrated all the while remaining in the firm and sharp, chiselled Chablis idiom, with genuine, honest flavour depth, nourished by lees ageing, also clearly very ripe - a part of the fruit is harvested slightly later to boost density. Length and depth are excellent - a brilliant bottle at a highly attractive price. Chablis lovers rejoice. Best from 2026 - it should have a long drinking window, just needs a few more months to come together. Tasted March 2025. Score - 93.
