Equate Natural Source Fibre Laxative Psyllium HuskDO NOT USE IF UNDER CAP SEAL IS BROKEN OR MISSING. DIRECTION FOR USE: Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days. Minimum daily dose may be increased, up to the maximum daily dose, until desired effect is obtained. Known adverse reactions: Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating. Store below 30°C (86°F).
