Among the best young releases I've had from Louis Strydom, this is very much a Helderberg style, with lots of intensity, perfume and structure. Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with Shiraz, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot, it has plenty of dark berry fruit, fine, silky, granular tannins, subtle oak, appealing freshness and a long, refined palate.
