It shows a deliciously smooth and rich character with green pepperiness, Mediterranean herb and delicate caper flower. The floral intensity of the wine grows with time in the glass. The wine was first produced in 2015, and the winemaking process today sees six months in Tuscan clay pots ('orci') with submerged cap.
