This is a deep cherry-red-orange-coloured rosé Cava made from pinot noir, with very good aromatic volume on the nose, and fine purity of fruit in the raspberry-strawberry spectrum. The palate is full and creamy, dry but deeply fruity, with terrific depth and length in the category. Lovely wine all in all, for current enjoyment. Classy package, too. Tasted December 2021.
