Directions: 
Adults and children 12 years of age and over, pump slowly and apply thinly and evenly to affected area up to 3-4 times per day.
Rub and/or massage into painful area until solution vanishes, fully absorbed into skin. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after each use.
Application should be supervised by an adult.
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.Ingredients:

Keep out of reach of children.
Use only as directed.
Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin.
Do not apply on or near the nipple if you are breastfeeding.
Do not bandage.
Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn.
Stop use and get medical help right away if you experience pain, swelling or blistering
Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy, rashes and/or burning discomfort occur.
If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Center immediately.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking anticoagulant medications.
Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or re-occur within a few days.
