- Adults: Use 1-2 sachets per 240ml(8 fl oz) water up to every 2 hours as needed. Use water that is either distilled, sterile, filtered (using a filter with an absolute pore size of 1 micron or smaller) or previously boiled (boil water 1 minute, or 3 minutes if at elevations above 1981 m(6,500 ft) then allow to cool to body temperature).
- Each sachet contains: Sodium Chloride 2,300 mg, Sodium Bicarbonate 700 mg.
