It has wonderful definition and gainsmore presence with several minutes' aeration. The palate is well balanced with a silver bead ofacidity threaded through the slightly vanillary fruit. A delicate touch of ginger lends morecomplexity to the harmonious finish. This is an excellent Bâtard-Montrachet. Drink date: 2027-2048, Score - 93-95.
