Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment delivers penetrating medication to provide targeted relief for cold sores and severe lip dryness. Its advanced moisture system contains four active ingredients—Camphor, Dimethicone, Menthol, and Phenol—to soothe pain and itching associated with lip irritations and blisters. The rich emollient base hydrates and softens lip cells, effectively healing chapped, cracked lips and improving their overall condition. It can also be used as a smoothing primer before lipstick application.
- Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment contains medications to provide temporary relief from the pain and itching of lip sores and blisters. The moisture and emollient base in Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment hydrates and softens lips to alleviate cracking and seriously dry lips. Beauty professionals also routinely use Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment to return a smooth texture to lips before applying colour. To use as a lipstick base, apply liberally, leave on for five minutes, then remove excess and apply colour.
- Directions: Apply to lips liberally 3 or 4 times daily. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use on children less than 2 years of age.
