Naka Platinum's D-Mannose contains 500mg per capsule and is ideal for those who experience frequent urinary tract or bladder infections or used as a workout supplement. Found in cranberries and some plants, D-Mannose is a simple sugar with unique cleansing abilities. In the bladder D-Mannose can adhere to bacterial lectins and prevent them from sticking to the lining of bladder where they may proliferate and cause infection. Because the body only metabolizes a small amount of this substance, most of it is excreted through the urine, taking the bacteria with it.

DIRECTIONS & USEAdult Dosage:  For urinary tract health take 4 capsules once daily.
As a work out supplement, take 7 capsules 2 times per day. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise.
