Welcome to Ganja Grove, a city that has lost its green heart. The skyline is dominated by grey concrete and rusted steel, all choked by the endless pollution spewed forth by the evil Overgrower and his factories. For teenagers Caleb, Maya, Finn, Jasmine, and Xavier, every day is a fight just to breathe clean air. They are five teens with no hope for the future, until a violent rumble of the earth sends them tumbling into an ancient, hidden cavern.
There, they meet Master Hempy, an ethereal being who reveals a shocking truth: the Overgrower and his Pesti-Bugs seek to poison the world and destroy the very root of its vital energy. The only thing that can stop the decay? The pure, elemental power of the cannabis realms.

The five teens are chosen by the Chronics of Power—five herb-filled coins imbued with the spirits of the strongest strains. They are transformed into the Weed Rangers:
* Caleb, the Red Ranger: Leader and the spark of action, wielding the focused energy of Sativa Surge.
* Finn, the Blue Ranger: The calm strategist, anchored by the tranquil power of Indica Flow.
* Maya, the Yellow Ranger: The team's tech expert, mastering the balance and adaptability of Hybrid Haze.
* Jasmine, the Pink Ranger: The agile specialist, channeling the stealth and vital essence of Skunk Bloom.
* Xavier, the Black Ranger: The immovable foundation, possessing the raw, unmatched strength of Kush Force.
Their first mission throws them headfirst into battle against the monstrous Pesti-Bug Queen inside the Overgrower's massive Smog Factory. Using their newfound powers—from the brute force of the Kush Axe to the precision of the Haze Blasters—they dismantle the source of the vile Meg-A-Pest poison and foil the villainous Baron Bloomkiller.
But the true enemy is the terrifying interdimensional foe, Weeda Repella, and her dreaded bong-ship. When she unleashes the city-destroying Dread-Trimmer—a massive, sentient weed eater—the Rangers must summon the colossal Chronic-Megazord to defend their home. To win, they must awaken the Zord of Ultimate Defense, the mighty CBD-Brontosaur.
The conflict explodes into a full-scale galactic war when Jasmine's solo mission to retrieve the Oracle Spore reveals Weeda Repella's lair: a desolate, decaying moon. Now, the six Zords must combine into the unstoppable Chronic-Ultimate Ranger Mode to face off against Weeda Repella's final line of defense.
Their victory is hard-won, but the war is far from over. When their base is threatened, the Rangers must embark on their most dangerous mission yet: a trek deep into the Amazonian Valley of Perpetual Bloom to find the legendary Source Strain. Un-morphed, stripped of their Zords, and facing the decay of the River of Decay, the team must pass the Weed Ranger Trial of Purity to prove that the true strength of a Ranger lies not in their power, but in their selflessness.
