If you need a good laugh, this book is for you. There's Sub-thing About Subbing... takes the craziest, hand-to-God true stories of a substitute teacher and compiles them into a rip-roaring, hilarious anthology. P.M. Riv, otherwise known as Mrs. Patti, Mrs. M, or Teacher-Teacher, has nearly 10 years worth of substitute teaching in her back pocket with laugh-out-loud stories you won't believe. As a teacher of many grades - kindergarten to eighth grade- and an ex-hotel industry Manager, P.M. has, quite literally, seen it all. After years of talking about it, P.M. excitedly releases her first book, There's Sub-thing About Subbing..., to share the many laughs she's had in the classroom. Dedicated to teachers and school staff everywhere, P.M. feels especially grateful to work with such incredible humans on a daily basis. Ranging between the "Itty-Bittys" of young children to the "Big Kids," P.M.'s stories are sarcastic and fun, hoping to give the reader some good laughs along with sharing just how out-of-the-box some students really are! P.M.'s decisive - and at times outrageous - voice makes the stories she recounts jump off the page and into readers' hearts. The author changes the names and identifying features of her real students to protect their identity... which only makes the stories funnier with the nom de plumes she employs. Get ready to laugh and not stop with page after page of hilarity in There's Sub-thing About Subbing... You won't want to put it down.
