This is a very fine, even, almost perfectly balanced rose from Champagne but don't expect drama and intensity. The aromatics are of only medium intensity with subtle with wild strawberry, vague brioche/pastry and florals. It's light to mid-weight, crisp and lively but not too tart with just right acidity and minerality. The fruit leverages nicely onto the palate and finish, the length is excellent. Drinks nicely but a $90 you may feel you wanted more somehow. Lasted tasted March 2019.
