This book is for Christians. Many Christians have different beliefs in certain areas from one another. Are there absolute truths that can be known from the Bible on which all Christians should agree? Jesus prayed in John 17:20-23 that His followers should be one as He and His Father were one. Is everyone who says he is a Christian really a Christian? This book will attempt to answer that question and many like it by rebutting each of the 100 lies listed. Only the Bible will be used to refute the lies and it will not rely on denominational doctrines or human wisdom and philosophies. The lies are sequenced in a logical order in order for each response to a lie to build upon previous explanations. As a result, it is strongly encouraged that the reader read this book sequentially and not skip around. Some statements or reasoning may not make sense otherwise. The first set of lies (#100-84) deal mainly with God's Truth and how to approach and incorporate His Word as a Christian. The subsequent topics will deal with faith, the work of Jesus Christ accomplished by His death on the cross, divine healing, the Holy Spirit, and the moral government of God.After studying all 100 lies and their corresponding truths, the reader will advance from what the New Testament refers to as babes in Christ, to a child, to a young man/woman, and finally to a perfect man. This is God's will for every Christian diligently searching for who God is (Hebrews 11:6).
