“Who am I?” There are times when we find ourselves asking the question with anguish and frustration. We feel aimless and unhappy. We feel insecure in our beliefs and unconfident in our capabilities. We can’t find real meaning in our lives. There is no specific reason why the question comes to mind. A highly successful businessman with a chain of companies and a 6-figure income might ask the question. An outstanding student and an athlete may find themselves pondering who they are. Someone else might ask it after a painful breakup, failure, or life tragedy. Whatever triggers the question comes from a deep-lying feeling that we’re unhappy.
