A dichotomy. That explains this story. When we are younger, we wonder what we will do in the future. What path will we take? I found a path that I had no idea existed. Deafness? Signing? Interpreting? What did I know about that? I knew how to write my own music score, I played the guitar, and I traveled in the singing group Up With People. "A Boy Named Broccoli", tells about how I found a group of Deaf and Hard of Hearing students who changed my life.
