Author Matthew R. Cook simplifies concepts of our salvation using the metaphor of a butterfly lifecycle and a fictional character, Toby, with whom we can all relate. Toby starts his journey being created in Heaven, then finds himself on earth as a caterpillar. While on earth, he encounters a teacher and the word of the Creator. Toby enters a cocoon and finds himself back with the Creator and enjoys the promises of Christ...Life Everlasting. I have both a Protestant and Catholic background, and my message is for all people of God. My altar call was at age 5 in the Nazarene Church, where I learned to love Jesus and His word. I was called to the Catholic Church age 27, and daily Mass attendance is a central part of my life. Father of six grown children, photography, spiritual writing and poetry help complete my expression of God's love on earth. This book is written to recognize my love for Jesus Christ and His Children of Light.
