Katherine Davies is rushing to a job interview that could make her career as a photo-journalist; Robert Hull III, a semi-famous musician, is in a hurry as well. A chance encounter leads the two of them to drinks and the opportunity to get to know each other better. Robert is intrigued by Katherine from the moment they meet, and Katherine, though distracted, finds Robert charming. Their random meeting evolves into a much deeper connection, and Robert may be able to give Katherine better odds than she knows, and give her more than she's looking for.
