It was highly unlikely that I--someone with a learning disability who struggled to get through school himself--would be the one God chose to help struggling kids get into college and bring many of them to Christ. It was also highly unlikely that being dyslexic, I would write a book about it. God chose unlikely people throughout the Bible to do His work, and He continues to do so today. "But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry."--2 Timothy 4:5
