Intitulado "A Coragem Requer Prática", escrevi um livro de histórias para minha filha sobre como fazer arte e superar agressores. Com base na minha própria infância, estou escrevendo um livro sobre uma criança criativa que sofre bullying de uma forma muito específica que ainda não encontrei em um livro infantil: apenas reconhecida quando é necessária, mas invisível para o mundo quando não é. Ao longo do livro estão lições de teoria das cores, projetadas para ajudar artistas emergentes a saber quais cores usar em suas próprias obras de arte quando desejam transmitir certas emoções ou estados de espírito. Titled "Courage Takes Practice," I have written a story book to my daughter about making art and overcoming bullies. Based on my own childhood, I am writing a book about a creative kid who gets bullied in a very specific way that I have not encountered in a children's book yet: only acknowledged when they are needed but invisible to the world when they are not. Weaved throughout the book are lessons of color theory, designed to help emerging arts know what colors to use in their own artwork when they want to convey certain emotions or moods.
