Joseph Scott was a lot of things. Most of them he’d rather keep to himself. Out in the wilderness of the American frontier, what was meant to be a simple delivery of a letter to the Mayor of St. Elmo turns into a journey Joseph had no intention of being a part of. After meeting a travelling group of strangers on the trail, Joseph is welcomed into their company. As they are all heading toward his hometown of Bear Creek, he agrees to escort them as a thank you for their hospitality. However, nothing is ever that simple in these parts.
