rick Torres was born on October 15, 1984 in New York City, to a humble and hardworking family. Erick's parents are of Dominican origin, and they and his sister are his greatest inspiration to continue fighting to accomplish his dreams.Erick gives motivational and self-improvement conferences. He enjoys inspiring and encouraging people. Erick was born without hands or arms and with blocked ear passageways. He listens with Cochlear implant. He only has one finger which is connected to a small extremity of his arm, and with this finger he writes on his laptop, uses his cell phone, draws, plays guitar and drives his car. . He has always been a person with a strong desire and will to succeed, and he never gives up. Erick always preaches by example and he often says: "God has created me in this world to show to people that everything is possible, that nothing is impossible. I see people who have their full bodies, with arms, feet and hands, and they live unhappily, complaining about life; they are frustrated, stressed out, and have many concerns. They make excuses for everything and who have no desire to smile. When I walk down the street, I only see faces with sour expressions. I never I complain about life; life is beautiful. I live with a happy, cheerful and joyful attitude and I transmit that to people."Take courage, my dear reader. You were born to be a winner!
