Jennifer Annabel McGill is a Colonel in the United States Army. She commands a Brigade at Fort Drum, New York. Throwing a Christmas party for her headquarters company gives her a chance to reward her command and say goodbye to Command Sergeant Major Ronald Foster, who is transferring to a new unit, being promoted to Warrant Officer, and leaving her command.
