ACTS OF LOVE Community Empowerment through Servant Leadership ACTS OF LOVE is a call to individual and collective empowerment in the African American community . It is 2020, the year of the 21st century civil rights movement: police brutality, social unrest, protests, and #BLACKLIVESMATTER, in addition to a pandemic disproportionately affecting African Americans across the country. People are asking where are our leaders? Where is todays Martin Luther King Jr. who will speak for all of us? Who will help us address the issues we face?
