The double-cross of a soldier sets Africa afire as Washington's head of CTA, Jack Tomlinson, employs the newly developed PAG (Particular Aura Generation) to find this man, Lieutenant "Billy" Clark and extract him. Clark struggles to escape alone, until he meets a young South Sudanese mother, Maysa. Their journey becomes complicated for the ones that search for him. Tomlinson, along with his henchman, Nigel Redman, attempt to destroy PAG's humanitarian scope for their own greed. As luck or fortune would have it, Angela Fournier and the Fournier Foundation jump to the rescue when summoned by a Washington friend whose hands get tied in the bureaucracy. The safe extraction of Marsha Atworth, one of PAG's creators by Angela's team, has Marsha safely aboard MY Claire's Sanctuary as they head for French Guiana and a flight to Kenya, Africa. Rebel militants spawn by South Sudan's civil war, African drug lords and the antagonist, Tomlinson, challenge Angela's mission.
