She studied French and eventually did a year study in Tours, France and later two years in Paris to pursue a Master's Degree in French as well as teach. Ettenig is married with two children and a dog. She lives in Massachusetts where she worked many years in the financial services industry as a compliance professional. She practiced law and did pro bono work. She now divides her time between learning chocolate making and bee keeping and taking on occasional legal assignments. --
