For little learners, the best travel journal should have more than enough space for pictures and/or drawings. Remember that at this stage, your child may not yet be a master of words. Instead of forcing written documentations of their adventure, get him/her to express artistically instead. you'll be surprised to learn what your child has in mind the whole time you're traveling!
