This is the first part of this book, which took me almost fifteen years to allow others to read and to tell my story of what happened for the first seven years of my life in the orphanage, as well as what happened five years after I got adopted by an American family. I was then given to the state and foster care. This story tells how I fought adolescent attachment disorder and tells about my broken family and how I learned to fight to take control.
