God is everywhere, in every ingredient. His creation of the world includes the food we eat to physically sustain us. And what began as a way to help her family navigate gluten intolerance, Raylize Kotze has now created an all-in-one guide for nourishing the body and the spirit in Beloved in the Kitchen. Creating mouth-watering gluten-free meals on a budget can be an incredible challenge, but using tips and tricks, Kotze has experimented and created delicious family meals everyone can enjoy. Not only for physical imbibement, each recipe also comes a spiritual piece to recite and inspire as you cook, bringing a closer connection to God and family through food and the spirit. About the Author Raylize Kotze is a single mother to two children, six and five. She lost her husband in August of 2021. Kotze has a degree in Financial Accounting and is an educator in Accounting, Mathematics, and Economics. From a very young age, she has loved baking, cooking, and catering to others. In her spare time, you can find her at her local Deo Donante Ministry, singing, dancing, acting, and reciting the Word.
