I wrote the Marvelous Zoo stories just to have another fun activity with my son, Mark Brian. Over the years, as I have read and reread these stories to my kids and grandkids, I have become aware of other aspects to the stories in addition to enjoyment, especially the aspects of creativity and the enrichment therein, and values, such as the worth inherent in helping others and the empowerment to do so. At whatever level you read the Marvelous Zoo, I hope that you enjoy them, share them, and perhaps are even enriched by them. Enjoy!
