To heat: microwave the bead pack for 35 seconds. do not use a conventional oven to heat, this can damage the item and cause burns. after 35 seconds in the microwave, check to see that all parts of the clay bead pack are evenly heated (the edges of the pack may be warmer than the center). Then knead the pack to ensure an even temperature. if additional heating is desired, reheat in 10 second intervals, repeating the kneading step each time, until a safe, warm temperature is reached.    Microwave for 35 seconds.  To warm more, microwave again In 10 second intervals.  Do NOT overheat.  Do NOT heat in standard oven.  For use in Microwave ovens only.
