When I gave my heart to Jesus in 2009 in prison at age 57, I surrendered the rest of my life to serving Him. I found so much hope in receiving His finished work at the Cross that a passionate fire of purpose was ignited in me to share the Good News with anyone who would listen.If God could change me, and He did, I wanted everyone to know He can change them and give them hope too. If He can use me, none of us are too damaged or too far gone to be utilized in His Kingdom work. My study of God's Word awakened the desire to learn and teach others.I have always been one to encourage others as well. As a result, it is natural for me to write down quotations and short paragraphs that inspire, teach, and encourage me. These "keepsakes" are part of the spiritual warfare weapons arsenal that God has provided me so that I can equip others.Over the years, my "go-to" place to record the wisdom gems I find in my studies is in the back of my favorite Bibles.
