- How to apply: Apply one-swipe of Brow Primer through the brow to adhere Brow Powder Duo. Using Brush 7B, start by applying the deeper shade of Brow Powder Duo from the highest point of the brow and work towards the tail. Next, apply the lighter shade in the front and blend with spoolie brush for a natural finish. Pro tips: Pair with Brow Primer or Brow Freeze to adhere powder. Pair with Brush 7B for seamless application and blending. Mix shades together to create a custom brow shade. Use the lighter shade to create a background color and the deeper to shade to create hair-like strokes. Load Brush 7B with Brow Freeze® and pick up Brow Powder Duo to stamp hair-like strokes in sparse areas. Pair with Tinted Brow Gel in shades Auburn, Caramel and Chocolate to prevent color oxidation.
