Peter Burke spent the better part of three decades as an educator. Since retiring in 2018, he spends his time exploring the natural wonders of the Florida peninsula. No see-ums are one of these wonders. He has always been passionate about reading and storytelling. Call-Em-Like-U-See-Em, his first published story, was the brainchild of an animated storytelling afternoon around a picnic table with his brother, Tony, and his girlfriend, Jamie Hanczaryk.
